About CEA We Are CEA CEA advocates for teachers and public education. Learn More CEA Representative Assembly The CEA Representative Assembly (RA), held each May, is CEA's highest policy-making body. Committees and Commissions Membership involvement is vital to CEA's mission. As a member of a CEA commission or committee, you are part of the process. Connecticut Education Foundation CEF is a non-profit, charitable foundation that was established in 1991 to help teachers and children with extraordinary personal hardships and students planning teaching careers. Elections CEA is a democratic organization. Our members play an important role in determining the direction and focus of the Association through several elected governing bodies.
